CHS honors veterans

Veterans Day, a federal holiday created to honor American veterans, is recognized on Nov. 12 this year.  CHS is proud to recognize the staff members who have served in our country’s military.  CHS veterans include English teacher Haroot Hakopian, technology teacher David Hurless, information technology systems specialist Robert Jones, Chemistry teacher James Nugent, Chemistry teacher Wesley Russ, security assistant Jeffrey McGowen, plant equipment operator John Duffin, assistant principal John Taylor and Bridge paraeducator Bruce Krohmer.

“It’s really important that CHS takes even five to 10 minutes to recognize the importance of this day,” Hakopian said.  “CHS does a great job with that.”
