The Observer Cookbook: Cranberry Horseradish Relish

Thanksgiving, arguably the best holiday, is fast approaching. Tradition is nice but it’s time we forget the typical gelatinous cranberry sauce and spice things up a bit with cranberry horseradish relish.

This recipe is extremely simple to make and will make any turkey, baked or fried, an even more amazing main course for your family. The cranberries and sugar in this recipe make for a sweet and interestingly textured base, while the horseradish and lemon add a kick you can’t get from a can.
