Unexpected fire alarm disrupts class

An unexpected fire drill disrupted 6th period classes today, Sept. 15, around 12:45 p.m. Students waited outside approximately half an hour before they were allowed back inside the building.

According to a staff member who wishes to remain anonymous, the fire alarm in zone seven, which includes the auxiliary gym, was pulled. This information was confirmed by another staff member. As students waited outside, they could hear fire trucks approaching, and when they reentered the building firefighters were inside.

The administration is currently investigating the incident, and more details are to follow.
