Sherwood High School held a Jazz and Show Choir Showcase on Dec. 12 featuring show choirs from all over MCPS, including CHS’ Showstoppers, Simply Irresistible and Jazz Ambassadors. Show choirs each performed in front of a panel of judges which gave groups a score and provided personal tips and critiques.

“I think [the Showcase] was definitely helpful because it made us dig in and work really hard on our set which will put us in a really good place come competition season,” said senior Showstopper Christina Hnatov. “It was also super fun because everyone was up there giving their all, and we fed off of each other’s positive energy and had a blast together.”
