Congratulations to Chris Verboncoeur for accepting an offer to swim at Virginia Tech University of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). Verboncoeur has been on varsity for all four years. His best strokes are butterfly and freestyle. Good look to Verboncoeur on becoming a Hokie. The Observer would like to honor athletes who will be taking their game to the college level.
