Congratulations to the cast of RENT: School Edition which was nominated for four Cappie awards. The RENT Band was nominated for Best Orchestra; sophomore Josh Coyne was nominated for Best Male Vocalist; junior Shelby Sykes was nominated for Best Female Vocalist; and “I’ll Cover You (Reprise)” was nominated for Best Song.  Sophomore Ariana Nasseri has also been selected as a dancer and will be performing at the Kennedy Center Cappies awards show Sunday, June 7 in the Concert Hall of the Kennedy Center.
