Seasons 52 offers healthy options to hungry students

Seasons 52, located on Rockville Pike across the street from White Flint Mall, is a restaurant that offers indulgent
yet healthy food choices.
The atmosphere is extremely warm and refreshing. The floors are covered in carpet, the room is filled with reds and earthy tones, and the seating arrangement makes for an intimate setting.
Seasons 52 takes reservations, which is a good idea because the wait is usually 30 minutes without one. The restaurant also provides complimentary valet, making it that much easier to dine there.
The menu offers many different types of foods, all under 475 calories.
The food selection changes seasonally and is farmer’s market fresh, so there is something for everyone’s
appetite.
The food ranges from edamame with green tea salt to garlic chicken flatbread. All items on the menu are well portioned, leaving diners feeling full, but not overly stuffed.
With lighter food, everyone has room for dessert, or “mini indulgences,”
as they call it. There are about eight different mini indulgences ranging
from pecan pie to sugar-free cookies
and crème. Each of these desserts is served in a small glass, so diners can have a taste of each.
The menu is also reasonable for the fine dining experience one gets; appetizers
are as low as $4.75 and entrees range from $11.75 – $26.95.
The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. from Sunday through Monday. On Saturdays,
the restaurant opens at 11 a.m. and closes at 11 p.m.
Seasons 52 is a great and inexpensive
way to treat yourself a little
on the weekend.
